I can't say enough about the fantastic staff of the South Novato Animal Hospital! From the moment I speak to Margie on the phone I know my cats are getting the best possible care. Dr. Dahlman has the best bedside manner and is truly a cat guy. My super shy, once feral cat warmed right up to him and even purred for him. After trying 2 other hospitals in Novato after moving here 3 years ago, we are now loyal patients of SNAH because of the ENTIRE staff! They are all angels who really care about their patients and the people who come with them.

I brought my beloved 15 year old cat to see Dr. Dahlman for an emergency. We were faced with the terrible news that he had lung tumors and had to put him to sleep.I was so impressed with the gentle way that Dr. Dahlman treated my cat. I had my two young children with me and didn't want them to be in the room with us. Dr Dahlman was so kind- he took them to the front desk to color so that I could hold my cat while he was put to sleep. The compassion and respect that everybody showed us that day will never be forgotten!

We moved to Novato from San Anselmo about 1 year ago, and started using South Novato Animal Hospital at that time. We highly recommend them. Everyone delivers excellent service and care. They treat your pet as if it were their own...what more could you ask for?
