Novato's 35-hectare Miwok Park was built as a museum, and the park is located west of the city on Novato Blvd. For even more outdoor fun, head to Hamilton Wetlands, where you can bird-watch, take an audio tour, take a hands-free nature walk - on the program - or walk the paths to San Pablo Bay. The park also features a playground, a horseshoe pit, playing fields, a picnic area, an amphitheater and much more.
The attractions are numerous and open to the public all year round and are open daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
